Compensation Framework

Full-Time Roles

Engineering (0-2 years exp):

  • Salary: ₹8-15 LPA

  • Equity: 0.5-1.5%

Engineering (2-5 years exp):

  • Salary: ₹15-25 LPA

  • Equity: 0.25-1%

Senior Engineering (5+ years exp):

  • Salary: ₹25-40 LPA

  • Equity: 0.1-0.5%

Non-Engineering:

  • Salary: ₹6-20 LPA (based on role and experience)

  • Equity: 0.1-1%

Interns

Founder's Office Intern:

  • Stipend: ₹10,000-20,000/month

  • Equity: Potential for small grant (0.01-0.05%) based on performance

  • Duration: 3-6 months

  • Conversion: Possible full-time role after internship


Remote Work Policy

Default: Remote-first company

Office: Optional co-working space in Bangalore

Flexibility:
